Chief I asked the same when my sister lost her house. Pull box directly across the street no one knows if it works. two years later still don't kmow. Time wasted making calls could have used the box in about 10 sec. 162/82 is 2 blocks away.

Years ago when our guys worked there they were considered 4 man areas.

When I worked north Brooklyn we had maps of most of the NYCHA buildings. You don't want to wander around if you don't have to. Red Hook was a "fun" place to work. Centre Mall used to be a shooting gallery.

Worked in the bldg many times. Downtown not the same anymore.
