Back in the 60's and early 70's a 10-75 was 3 Engines, 2 Trucks and a BC (or 2 Engines, 1 Squad, 2 Trucks and a BC). Transmission of the "All-Hands" brought a Deputy Chief and a Rescue.

There was a period of time back in the late 60's/early 70's when 3700 series boxes were used to fill in "gaps" in coverage. The boxes mentioned above are an example as is 3762 at Bedford & Montgomery (in the Ebbits Field Houses) area. So you will see these boxes all over the place.
