Had a buddy roll up on this. He called the job in & might have been the only caller. The fact that the box wasn’t loaded with those conditions leaves me thinking no one else called. He got some nice (brief) pre-arrival video.

fire probably extended into the dryer vent shaft. Had something similar at 200 east 72nd street last week. Fire in multiple dryers on floors 24-35 and in the shaft.
