To the best of my knowledge they are all DJI drones. civilians can purchase them but they are much more expensive than the standard DJI drone and have features/options the regular citizen doesn't need.

Took this in Manhattan last Wednesday morning Batt 9 working at 501th Ave. Was a class 3 alarm with a second source reporting a fire in the 5th floor of a storage facility. Sprinklers knocked it down. Wasn't close enough to see what he had on the screen.
