43 Truck ( El Barrios Bravest ) had a Tiller in the 70'S 80'S Also Up on the 111th street with Engine 91 and the Disbanded 25 Battalion. It was an ALF . They switched when they moved to the new Quarters in 1972 on Third Avenue. So that quarters can accommodate one also.
DEP Sewers and the MTA Track and Grates cleaning. Both have these trucks if they're available have them respond. If not maybe buy it from these agencies once they are done and refurbish them.
Ceremony Today early with 262, 263, 116, 117..a few others I'm sure. The building is taking longer to complete than anticipated here at the former site. The plaque in commemoration is still planned. RIP This Father's Day.
They stage at 10 South Street the Battery Maritime Pier. Awaiting confirmation on the response. Pretty sure the Chief will hold a Ferry there until all is clear.
Not the First Fire in Cavens Point Area. Lots of Commercial recycling down there. Paper , Heavy Metals , Liquids of every kind. Hard to access as well. Again the Mutual aid in the area is phenomenal. Great job.
On This Day Three gave their lives in the line of duty: Captain David P. Holcomb, 52; Firefighter Phyllis McAllister, 43; and Firefighter James A. Chappell, 29. All with the Philadelphia Fire Dept. We continue to remember them and their Families. RIP.
