I've seen quite a few eccs that fully dress a hydrant lately. But Broad Channel, Hamilton Beach, Ramblersville, have a lot of dead end hydrants, or looped systems that fully dressing a hydrant is pretty much a necessity.

Dont know how much the rig was insured for either which may or may not help. But the keyboard warriors on fb already condemned the dept for bringing a aerial tower to a grass fire.

There's a report somewhere that housewatch had smelled smoke. Not sure where in the mix they smelled.smoke and calls started arriving.

It'll be a few days if not weeks before they make a decision. They'll have to at the very least do a major clean up before they even think about living in it. They'll also have to do a major inspection for stability of the upper floors. Then someone will make a decision.

Its different then that. Its tailored specifically for anything the airports can throw at FDNY. A normal 2 or above has 1 satellite. There's 3- 4,2,6, plus the hose wagon(308) initially assigned. Theorettically 4 including the hose wagon even if it doesn't have the full equipment load out...

Its.a specifically modified 2nd. There's 3 satellites with their transport engines, hose wagon with its associated transport engine, foam task Force, 2 rescues at least 2 squads i think, 2 marine units plus numerous other specialty units.
