they usually man a few reserve units, the MCC is there and Hazmat usually shows up. Rescue 1 is usually at the wall St. heliport if for no other reason than to greet dignitaries. EMS has a few extra units too

They really do need to look into establishing a second Hazmat somewhere in the city. HM1 running from Queens to all over us getting absurd.

In my totally un expert opinion, this thing is coming down one way or another, especially if there's significant heavy rain or wind. Any additional outside forces will only add to the problem..my question is, will it be a total or partial collapse?
