as far as i had heard back then, Engine 165 requested the rescue pumper because they are an HMTU. When squad 8 was organized the rescue pumper was reassigned to squad 8 and is now reserve squad 800. -

Question on the current lion MT-94 level A/B HAZ-MAT suits used by all FDNY units that are part of the HAZ-MAT response group. Are these suits fit for each member or are they in sizes S,M,L,XL? Yes, one of those engines is the RIT team. The standard first alarm response for a stucture fire is 4 engines, 4th due engine being the RIT, 2 trucks MAC unit and batt chief. -

I have a tool inventory list from rescue-1 when they put their 2011 rig into service. Don’t think it changed much with their new rig. -

Well, there is a rescue company, collapse rescue, haz-mat 1 and second piece, rebreather, tcu, Decon shower unit, decon support, Mobil command center, big marine boat and Manhattan engine company. So there is 11 right there and any other special units New York may have. -
