I graduated Brooklyn Prep in June 1969. I saw that Prep was going to honor World Trade Center responders at their recent annual Mass and dinner. I live in Washington state and did not attend the affair.

Same with 123....St. Johns East to Boro Park to work.

While I didn't know Father O'Brien personally, I am partial to the Jesuits (compliments of Brooklyn Prep). I was/am sorry to read of his passing. He seems like a fine person and the world is a little diminished without him in it. May he Rest in Peace and may his family and friends be comforted.

Having spent a lot of time at A & M's fire field, I wish I was still in Texas and in the fire service so I could partake in the Disaster City scenarios. A & M always provides excellent training facilities.

A friend and I were visiting HFD Station 46 yesterday and got an overview of the operations. Quite a show.
