I thought I read a reply to my last post that the administrator was going to correct the time zone of the postings. This 10-75 in the Bronx shows a time stamp of:
Today at 7:51 PM It is 15 past 7 EDT right now! I think you are using Nova Scotia time.

Appreciate the new format, but I have a question...this incident was reported (according to the log) at 1604 hrs (4:04 PM), so why is it listed with a time of "Today at 8:20 PM". Is that a flaw in the software? Just curious. Thanks.
