Based on what I can tell from the FDNY Firehouse Location map it appears the first alarm units shown are the normal first alarm units. E289 and TL138 are very close but the other units are a "tad" closer. If the box was a couple of blocks to the east on Roosevelt Aveneue then E289 and TL138 would be on the first alarm.
