05/03/2018 @ about 3:00PM to 3:30PM MVA---near Bay Parkway on Belt.

While on the beach this PM, I heard on my scanner about a MVA resulting in critical injuries to a motorcyclist.  Do not know details.  Was handled by the 42  Battalion.  EMS was slow to respond.  They were told to come in on service road and F/D would transfer patient through a fence near the amusement area. (Nelly Bly?)

Incident was reported on Belt Parkway near Exit 5 - Bay Parkway

911 callers reported it looked like serious injuries

Motorcyclist was involved, reported limb was detached and on the roadway...Prayers for injured party
