Technically if no Fire involved their signal should not have been a 45-1 but rather a 37-1.
 
I  heard the battaiion(20?) refer to the 'body', then he came back and asked  for EMS saying 'maybe they can  do something for the victim'.  I  do not monitor SI.  I happened to be checking the VHF repeaters at that time.  Except for the 6-5-2's RE: MAN.,  all boroughs were UP.  Brooklyn was back for several days already.  I started that  topic 10 days ago.
