Third alarm transmitted:  four engines only: E 285, 286, 277, 331
MSU, B 58,B 33 (AIR RECON)

Relocations: E 280 to E 233, L 117 to L 103, B 1 to B 31, E 321 o E 290.

@1623: FC: b/o D 15 s/c two additional tower ladders:  TL 135 and TL 117 acting L 103

@1630: FC: have L 135 and L 117 respond to Exp 3 side and report to B 46- the Exp 3 sector chief.

@1631: FC: b/o D 15, s/c HazMat 1.

@1637: SQ 270 responding with 2nd piece as HAZ TECH unit.

@1640: FC: corrected address: 3301 Atlantic Avenue at Euclid Avenue, fire bldg is 2 story 150 x 300, nine interconnected bldgs, 4 T/Ls in operation, 2 additional T/Ls being set up, main bdy of fire knocked down, still heavy fire in the rear, fire still doubtful.

@1654: s/c 2 additional T/Ls and have them respond on the Atlantic Avenue side: L 170 and L 111 s/c.

Relocations: L 172 to L 170, L 105 to L 120,L 20 to L 101, E 219 to E 236, L 147 to L 175, L 101 to L 147, E 310 to E 332.

@1716: FC: s/c one additional T/L and have them respond in on Atlantic Ave. and report in to B 46: L 119 acting L 120 s/c.

@1721: FC s/c two additional Fast trucks: one to replace L 103 and one to report in on Atlantic Avenue side: L 176 and L 174 s/c.

NOTE: normally first due engine, E 236, had relocated to E 257 prior to this fire.

@1749: FC: have one additional RAC unit respond on the Atlantic Ave. side of the fire: RAC 4 s/c.

@1755: FC: Car 16: have 7 seven T/Ls set up and in operation, setting up additional T/L, main fire is currently on the Exp 4 side, fire still doubtful.

@1802: FC: transmit 4th alarm for relief purposes. Include 2 T/Ls and 4 BCs. All 4th alarm units report to B 58 on Fulton Street between Pine and Euclid.

E 280 acting E 233 E 227, E 222, E 291,  T/L 146, T/L 157, B 6, B 4, B 43, B 40

@1814: FC: have 2 messenger vans, preferably D 11 and D 13 respond to effect relief of units on scene.

Relocations: L 149 to L 157.

4 ladder companies s/c: L 155, 138, 115, 161.  Units to stay outside fire area and officer only to report to the command post.

@1952: L 142 leaving Bklyn returning to Qns.

John d 248        let me no if you get a rundown of the 1st & 2nd alarms.......I do have then but they are altered.....The Wolfs are 3rd on 3rd...they passed my house around 4 & got on the jackie w/b towards brooklyn...I think they went on the 2nd......Thanks

I only picked it up when the 3rd was transmitted.  Anything else would be a guess and we can't do that these days.

I believe L-175 gave the 10-75

E-206 act. E-236 went in on the initial alarm.

L-103 FAST

2nd Alarm

E-290,294,231,319,  L-143, TL-120, BN-37 Safety,BN-51 RUL

S/C 2 TL's, TL-124,TL-142 above 2nd

BN-39, building contains liquid nitrogen using an exterior operation

........319 went on the Second along w/the 46 & 28 special called extra BCs for firefighting.

There is still a heavy smoke condition.....I am IFO  quarters and the smoke its bellowing over ..we are approx 3rd miles away...
