occupied  multiple  dwelling.    We  have  1 ? line  stretched  and  in  operation.    A  2nd.  line

is  being  stretched.    Truck?s  are  ?Opening  Up?    Searches  are  in  progress.

Using  All ? Hands,      Fire  is  Doubtful.
