That's a 308 first due box. I think the cut off is at 101 Avenue. The address is closer to Liberty, which only puts it like 3 blocks from 308's quarters. I see E-285/TL-142 weren't on this box. G-Man Theory checkin' in.
 
E285 was acting E265 around that time - I believe TL142 made it to the box as the second due truck.
