B 4, E 7, TL 1 Squad 1 with TRV, RB in lieu of HazMat B

11:37 S 18 becomes available and S 1 told to go 10-8

11:44  B 4 the RB can go 10-8

12:05  B 4 gives a 10-80 no code for white powder on a bench in the park.  Incident handed over to NYPD.

Box 144 is located at Worth & Baxter Streets at the southern end of Chinatown and opposite the U.S. and N.Y. County Courthouses. Horatio St. is almost 2 miles NW of there in the West Village parallel to Gansevort & Jane Sts. from West St. to W. 13th St. & Greenwich Ave.
