FD pulled a black male age 25-35 from water. Wearing no shirt but had pants on. PD did not put divers in and Marine units had male out prior to Res. 5 arrival. Was taken by EMS 43Victor with PD escort to CIH. Time frame was 3:50-to4:24pm arrival at CIH ER. Condition of male probably at least Code2 with CPR in progress. Still working on male at ER by 4:33pm according to PD.
