Why is the Police Commissioner  commenting on a fire?

3504 is Kingsbridge Terrace and Albany Crescent right up the block from 81/46 quarters.
Alarm assignment is E-81,52,79,95  L-46,52 Bn 27 with R-3 Sq61 L-37 Fast, again this is if all are available. Since this turned out to be a murder with fire set to cover i guess it becomes PD not FD for crime scene.

Where did he comment about the fire. All I see that he said was a woman in her 30's was found dead.  Someone is really out to get the NYPD.
