11/11/14 Staten Island Emergency Response Drill

I got this text from notify nyc and find it a bit strange that they'd "last minute" alert people to a mid week drill...in the middle of the PM rush...at one of the busiest S.I. intersections...

I was thinking the same thing 82, definitely one of the busiest intersections on the island.
