Fire on the 2nd floor of a 2 story 20x40 PD

SI to B-21: Use caution, PD & EMS are on scene across the st. for a reported stabbing at 28 Monroe - Not sure if this is related. - 19:27

EMS Conditions-21 : 10-75 - 19:29

SI to B-21: We're loading up the box based on that report. (SI still didn't transmit the 10-75 at this time)

As SI comes in all broken up I couldn't follow which "Fire" unit actually gave the 10-75.

This should be worth at least 1 "atta boy" from Scamall Dub  ;)

Crazy event. Neighbors heard domestic dispute before husband set house on fire. Interesting to see an EMS conditions car giving a 10-75, think I?ve seen that before. Is the dispatcher able to use their discretion when to transmit the 10-75, in this case SI waited for the fire company? ?The Hot Corner? 155/78 has had a hot few days.
