Is Usually just 1 EMS Car5 series assigned to jobs or could others go?

I know they have Car5 and then A-Z

Assuming 15 L-Q wouldn't go

The MCI guide doesnt say who responds above a 3-3, just a 5# (Division Chief) and 2x 5## Cars (Deputy Chiefs), if I am not mistaken.

I would presume a DAC or AC on the 4th or 5th alarm? Not that its typically even needed.
