E-285 Act. 329 has a partial collapse #2 side private house.

All occupants are out
 
Some pictures on Fire Duty 2.0...... whole house off the foundation & tipped against the exposure house.....also aerial video from Eye Witness News Chopper 7 shows what appears to be cribbing on the exposed foundation ? looks like maybe the house was being raised ?
