A suicide message found on a cell phone and a bag of clothes at end of pier.  Witness says he saw that person float away from pier.
Marine 9 is searching and Rescue 5 getting ready to dive.

08:22PM  Marine 9 has found a female body.  Rescue 5 not going in now.

Marine 9 taking victim/deceased?  to Kingsboro slip of Marine 3 to ......85 with EMS
