I lived in that neighborhood for 33 years and it was pretty much a camp. Lately their catching a good amount of work. I know they have a lot of P.D.'s that because of the close proximity to each other, any heavy fire extends to the exposures. They also have a lot of commercial stores on the Avenues. Well at least they don't get too many Vacants.
