Article says a women paid $300 for someone to perform a voodoo ceremony to bring her good luck, which started the fire.  Hmmm...I wonder if she got her money back.  Her luck just ran out.
 
One innocent woman killed.......several FF s & civilians injured.......a fully occupied bldg destroyed .......all due to the negligence of these 2 pos......lets see how BKLYN D.A. Charley Hines handles this.
