Units dispatched to 118-120 S. Regent St. at about 4:30 a.m. E-3 arrived on scene to find heavy fire on the second floor and attic of the 120 side of a 2-story double block residence. All residents evacuated prior to arrival with no injuries. Duration 30 minutes.
