I took a ride over there before it was probably will hold. It looked like it was a good job. 4 TL's operating as well as handlines from exposure rooftops.

speak. Numerous hand ? lines in operations. Setting up Multi Versal nozzles in from of the Fire Bldg.

Primary Searches are delayed due to Fire Conditions. This Fire remains Doubtful.

that were special called. Transit can resume normal operations on the ?El Line?

Just a correction to the rundown, squad 61 is on there twice, as an engine and as a squad...I believe Squad 41 was the one assigned on the 10-75.

Yes, Squad 61 was the 3rd due engine on the initial alarm and you can see the rig in the photos pumping. Also on the 5th alarm there is a Ladder 62 (Rescue me?), who was that? ???
 
Correct on Sq 61. L62, the busiest Truck on the job.
Actually, that was a typo also it was L61 not L62.

Yes, they don't respond on first alarm to boxes in Pelham Bay Park, Orchard Beach and the NYPD Firing Range in Rodman's Neck even though they're the closest. E-66 & L-61 are First Due in that area followed by E-97 & TL-50. The only box that they're assigned to that requires them to leave City Island is box 8855 for the Administration Bldg. on Hart Island to which they respond via ferry from the foot of Fordham St.
