L-169 first spotted the smoke on the Belt while responding to a reported ambulance fire (10-31)

E-321 operated first due, gave the report & fire location to Brooklyn

E-309 was out, E-276 act. 309 was on the box

E-246 was relocated to E-311, was probably not back in their area at the time
