Fire on the 3rd Fl of a 5 story non fire proof multiple dwelling, fire blowing out the windows.
29 truck made a grab with the aerial, person hanging out the window
Div. 6 reports EDP at the top of the aerial not coming down
23:54 Div. 6 reports primary and secondary searches are complete and negative U/C

00:01 Div. 6 reports 1 10-45 code 3 w/ EMS

Came into EMS as a shooting and an edp. The edp started the fire after barricading himself and shooting someone. The edp is now sitting on the ladder threatening to jump.
 
I thought I heard something about a shooting but didn't hear what was going on. Thanks for clearing that up
 
Originally a PD Level 1 Mobilization then the on scene PD Boss ordered  ESU w/an air bag to set up under the Aerial.
 
There seems to be enough adult men with one who may make sudden uncontrolled movements near the tip of the aerial to possibly exceed its tip load capacity at that angle.

'lotta things to consider here; the tip load of the new aerials is 500lbs, which means then can hold A LOT more than that.  The aerial isn't fully extended and no one is actually on the tip section.
