Engines 234, 227, 214  Ladders 123, 111    Batt. 38   Rescue 2 assigned on the box.

Engine 283 (4th due), Ladder 132 (fast truck), Batt. 57, Squad 252, Div. 15

@1338: 75-1012: Batt. 38 reports using all hands for fire on the top floor of a 3 story OMD, one line stretched to the third floor and operating, second line being stretched as backup, searches in progress, trucks opening up, fire is doubtful.  RAC 2 assigned.
Exposures: 1- street, 2- 3 story peaked roof, 3- unknown, 4- one story.

@1339: Batt 38 requests extra engine and truck.  Engine 231 and Tower Ladder 120 s/c.

@1341: 22-1012:  Div. 15: Deputy Chief Butler reports heavy fire on the top floor and in the cockloft, transmit a second alarm.

@1348: Command Tactical Unit responding.  Engine 324/Sat 4 on Brooklyn responding to the second alarm.

@1351: Car 7, Assistant Chief Kilduff, Brooklyn Boro Commander is 10-84.

@1355: TAC 1 responding replacing TAC 2.

@1357: Field Comm.: Car 7, Asst Chief Kilduff reports heavy fire on the top floor and in the cockloft, four lines stretched with three in operation, fire is still doubtful.

@1400: Ladder 108 acting Ladder 132 is 10-8.

@1401: Ladder 148 acting Ladder 123 is 10-8.

@1404: Field Comm.: special call an additional truck.  Ladder 112 s/c.

@1406: Staging area if necessary will be at Schenectady Avenue and Saint Johns Place.  Fire building is reported to be 3 story 25 x 60.

@1410: Field Comm.: Car 7 reports three lines in operation, 2 lines knocking down pockets of fire, primary search on the #2 side of the top floor are negative, primary search on the #4 side of the top floor (original fire apartment) are still in progress, fire is probably will hold.

@1412: Ladder 107 acting Ladder 111 is 10-8.  Engine 324 with Sat. 4 can go 10-8- returning to Queens.

@1426: Rescue Batt. is 10-8- back to Citywide.

@1433: Field Comm is 10-8; Div. 15 will be radio contact. 

@1434: Div. 15: Deputy Chief Butler reports fire is under control, transmit 10-41 code 1.  Fire duration is one hour eight minutes.

@1510: Batt. 38: special call two additional trucks due to extensive overhauling.  Ladder 107 acting Ladder 111 and Ladder 105 s/c.
