Seems like units normally on 1st alarm were out. Also order of arrival may differ from above but all those units operated. E-38 did arrive 1st due even though assigned 1 minute after initial box

E's 63,62 and 38, L's 32 and 39 were operating elsewhere when the box came in but became avaiable soon after L51 transmitted the 2d Alarm. Dispatchers had to scramble to get keep assignments staight but did a great job.
