I feel like this convo has been had on this site before... DC rarely respond to the AH/UC's..but they are still on the box (get a mark). It is the DC decision weather they want to respond or not.

The Division gets a ticket. In this case it was D8, as D15 got assigned to a job in Brownsville about a minute before. The BC will generally call the DC to let him know what's going on and usually the DC will not respond.
