The G-Mans theory was in effect....The first due Engine ( 324 ) was originally out on a run and became 10-8, was assigned to the box and did get in 1st due......The third due Engine ( 289) was out on a EMS run and ended up responding as the 4th due engine on the 2nd alarm.....

The QD started receiving calls and assigned  a 4th due Engine ( 319 ) making it a 4 and 2 response ..
Upon further calls the QD assigned the Rescue and Squad to the box....Engine 324 transmitted the 10-75 and also transmitted the 2nd alarm...
