1801 - Bn. 12 - Urgent 10-75 - All Hands - Extra Engine and Truck (E-37, H&L-40)

1808 - Bn. 12 - 1 L/S/O, searches in progress, trucks opening up. DWH

1810 - Bn. 12 - Fire darkening down, primaries negative in the halls and stairs.

1814 - Bn. 12 - MBFKD, primaries are negative.  Fire is in Apt 1C with slight extension to 2C.

1816 - Div. 3 - Return Rescue 3.

1824 - Div. 3 - PWH - Transmit a 10-41 code 1, heavy fire on arrival, undetermined cause.  Duration 28 minutes.

1831 - Div. 3 - Secondaries are still underway in the fire apartment.  Under Control - Duration 35 minutes.
