In the MAP link I posted above in reply #6 look at the street view.....that is not a double exposure it is vertical addition to an existing dwelling.....also visible in first picture in this thread with the Aerial Ladder.

And according to Zillow the fire building, 2111 Regent, has been listed for sale since 5/23 and was pending since 12/23.
Can’t believe the real estate values there.
We had numerous jobs in buildings across the street back in day. They were a mess. Vacant or just real crappy buildings.
That whole area was a mess!
