CIDs for Penn Station:
Respond to taxi ramp on W31 st between 7th and 8th Aves.  First due ladder to pick up dedicated repeater radio at the command post and establish FD Handy-Talky channel 1 relay.
Battalion 9 is the FD Liaison to the PSCC.  They are to make contact with the Penn Station Supervisor, not the Power Director, and make immediate contact with the FD Command Post via the red phone.

Battalion 7: We have a NJ Transit train stuck in the north river tunnel.  Penn Station is sending out a locomotive, they're going to try to pull the train into the station, we're going to stand by with the entire assignment.

Division 1: They have a motor hooked up to the stalled train, they're pulling it back into Penn Station.  We have no reports of injuries at this time.

Now receiving report of a track fire in the East River Tunnel.

DC1: The stalled train is now back in the station, it's being unloaded at this time, we have no reports of injuries at this time.  Penn Station Authority has been notified, they have a train en-route to investigate.

TL14 acting 7 is delayed responding from uptown.

BC7: Request EMS to Penn Station, track 7, we have 1 person feeling faint.

DC1: We have 1 woman feeling faint, we have an EMS Supervisor on scene, he has a unit en route.  You can release Battalion 6.
Battalion 6 is 10-8, E54/L4 continuing to stand fast

DC1: We're handling the track fire, we have a fire in the East Tunnel, we're going to keep the present assignment operating.

DC1 advised to contact Manhattan CO forthwith.

Battalion 45: Box 8550, Queens units have checked the Queens side of the tunnel, there is no smoke condition on our side.

DC1: L24 boarded the light train, they're at the scene of the incident.  Amtrak technicians are on scene correcting the problem, you can release the Queens units.
All Queens units are 10-8.

DC1: We can release the companies on the East Side, we're going to stay with the present assignment at Penn Station.  L24 is with the technicians as they remove material from the third rail.
Box 8550 released.

DC1: We're going to 10-8, we're leaving Battalion 7 on this box, and they'll be in the process once L24 returns from their incident.

BC7: Box 8171, L24 continues to operate in the East Tunnel.  The rest of the assignment is standing FAST.
