The initial post said SE. Confusing at first. My daughter lived in NW D.C. It's how I recognize the city, by it's quadrants.

Kansas Ave is almost entirely in NW and it does not have a 300 block.
Wondering how the CAD system could pick an assignment for a non-existant location?
While some addresses repeat in as many as all four quadrants, the avenues, running diagonally, cannot.
