321 rigs

I know that Engine 321 in Brooklyn lost there BFU and Foam truck in super storm sandy last year.  And I also know that 309 is there temp while there house is being remolded. My question is the Fdny ever going to get those rigs back in service?? I def know that the BFU is going to be handy in the up and coming months for all those brush fires and to have  BFU 7 come from queens and every all hands is a pain.

Bids went out for the new BFUS and Foam Rigs, so I am thinking that Both BFU6 and Foam 321 will hopefully be replaced .

Unfortunately, even though the new BFU's are on order I highly doubt they will be delivered in time for the spring brushfire season.  Knowing how the purchasing system combined with contractors work I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't even available for the fall season.
