39 Truck operating on Mount Vernon job?

I was looking at the pictures of the job in Mount Vernon on 8/20 and saw a picture with FDNY 39 Truck. I know this was one block from the Bronx but did 39 Truck operate on the box?

They did not operate at the job. 
Mt Vernon gave a 2nd but didn't bring in any M/A to the scene.
New Rochelle was covering the city.
