No, exposure 4 is 214 & 1st b'ldg. to left (across 22 St) is 206 - so 208 sounds correct

208 is showing as next door to the Cooper Still Restaurant (Which is 206) across West 22nd St

220 is showing a vacant graffiti marked dwelling

Looking at the job photos the fire building is marked up with graffiti

Couple of stores down from coopers restaurant is 198 7 Ave. - numbers are going down in that direction - definitely not 220
