Other Party Took Off, So No Paper Work To Do. Box Was 0354. Brooklyn Gave Them The Ticket To The 5th Alarm Again.

Didnt take off, guy was high off his mind, said he didnt hear or see them (while going lights and sirens.)

Pulled out right infront of the rig.
