B-7 we have a smoking transformer. Using All Hands
CIDS: 5 story MD 35 X 55 Class 3 AKA 312 West 4th
3 Apts per floor. Fire escape front & rear.
No boiler room. Gas & Hot Water Restaurant 1st floor

MD to D-1 we the release of Squad-1 do we need another Engine?

D-1 we have 2 10-45s No Codes checking out by EMS. Releasing Rescue 1. Primaries complete and negative
D-1 we have 150PPM on the top floor. Those 10-45s are Code 4s RMA. PWH
