Yep, 1st due ! Had to split lay 5", hydrant was 900-1000 ft away. The property belongs to Va. Tech. It's an agricultural lab for their students. A mix of offices/classrooms, old houses for the students, lots of pesticides stored, farm equipment.

Had fire blowing out 2 windows on arrival.
