Engine 80’s first report: “We had a small explosion on a sludge boat, no fire, but they had a crew member that fell between the boat and the dock that they’re trying to locate. It’s on the backside of the water treatment plant on the lower level”

Job came in around 10:35am. It was a methane explosion on the sludge boat.
