Westerly FD was dispatched to a possible working structure fire at 20 Hobart Street. First arriving unit reported a three story house fully involved. Due to Westerly's ladder being out of service, a tower ladder ,from Pawcatuck (CT) was requested mutual aid. Additional engines from Pawcatuck and Dunns Corners (RI) were requested. Heavy fire was on all three floors. Crews made an aggressive attack and knocked down the majority of the fire. Heavy fire continued in the rear of the attic and was difficult to access. Units cleared after three hours.
