109 wound up FT, 149 remained in service. I guess Bn didn’t give All-Hands working, even though 2 lines were stretched. Extra engine & truck not assigned.

I don't know exactly what happened on scene because I wasn't there, but it appears the SIG 7-5 (all hands) was transmitted at 11:43 and with that 250 and 109 were assigned.
