Address numerical gives an idea as to which Atlantic Avenue, opposed to the other longer one which runs through the borough. Seagate is a gated community with their own security I believe.

What does "Operating on the Backup" mean ?

The backup dispatch frequency. Weather/topographical interference was heavy last night and communications were terrible on the Brooklyn frequency.

L-114 was acting L-161 - they missed a first due job but I think made it back to be assigned as extra at least
