Battalion 20: Special call HazMat and Squad as a HazTec unit, we have a tractor-trailer fire, the tractor is fully involved.

Battalion 20: Box, when E62 arrives we'll be using All-Hands. We also have an engine company from New Rochelle here with us. We do not require the special units. The diesel tanks have melted down, there is still some contents in those.

BC20: 8909, we're continuing to use All-Hands. Units are watering down the compartments of the tractor, Squad is offloading product at this time. All fire has been extinguished. We have the northbound side of the Thruway shut, the southbound side is a little slow but moving.
11:25 hours
Division 7: 8909, primaries throughout are negative. Squad is unloading 70 gallons of fuel oil, we're going Under Control and we're releasing TL51.
