Battalion 12 reports using 2 and 2, releasing Queens companies.  NYPD ESU operating for an abandoned truck on the Manhattan spur just before the toll plaza.

NYPD has all traffic from the Bronx shut down, as well as all traffic on the Manhattan spur.
Squad 41 (HazTec), Rescue Battalion S/C - enter from Manhattan via 125 st

Division 6: Manhattan Box 8462, PD is assembling their bomb squad equipment, for the scenario for bomb squad equipment.  We're standing FAST on the other side of the tollbooth with our equipment, EMS is coming up with an ALS and a BLS bus in case of an emergency, k.  No other changes have occurred at this time.  PD is awaiting for the rest of their equipment to check out the vehicle.  This report for Manhattan Box 8462.

DC6: Manhattan Box 8462, PD Bomb Squad have assembled a full complement and they are now surrounding the truck, checking the truck for...whatever.  The situation is unchanged except for that, k, for Manhattan Box 8462.

DC6: Manhattan Box 8462, PD Bomb Squad have cleared the van.  The van is completely empty, no bomb was found inside.  All units will be going 10-8, Division 6 will be returning.  This concludes the message for Manhattan Box 8462.
